Vanessa E. Gentry-Ali, president and CEO of All-U-Need Personnel, has more than 10 years of experience in the temporary staffing industry. She has worked in both the federal and private sectors.
Vanessa E. Gentry-Ali began her entrepreneurial career by founding All-U-Need Personnel. Combining her background in Human Resources with her executive and administrative experience she became, in effect, her first "temp" for the U.S. Department of Commerce. In no time at all, Vanessa was inundated with requests for more "Vanessas" from former employers. Working from a one office subleased space, Vanessa recruited professional administrators like herself throughout the city. She enjoys working with people and personally guarantees that All-U-Need Personnel provides its clients and employees with dedication and adherence to high standards of service. After six years, the business that started out with a single independent consultant has blossomed into a full-fledged staffing agency.
This highly successful temporary and permanent staffing agency now generates millions in revenues and finds employment for hundreds of applicants annually. Vanessa has received numerous awards and praise for superior service in the community and her innovative foresight in the staffing industry.
