All-U-Need Personnel was founded in Washington, D.C. by Vanessa E. Gentry-Ali in 1995. After working as a temporary employee for several locally owned staffing agencies, Vanessa started her own temporary staffing service under the name of All-U-Need Personnel. All-U-Need Personnel is a woman owned and operated small business. All-U-Need Personnel opened its doors with a staff of only two. However, with business growing so rapidly, today All-U-Need Personnel places hundreds of employees annually throughout the Washington Metropolitan area. All-U-Need Personnel is a rising leader in the staffing industry.

Vanessa speaks English and conversational French. She participates in local business and community associations such as NAWBO, WBO, WIN, and is a volunteer counselor for abused and homeless women.
All-U-Need Personnel's Branch Manager, Tenika Gentry, is responsible for leading the D.C office in business development as well as consulting with clients regarding their staffing issues. Tenika holds a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland. She is fluent in English and speaks conversational Spanish. Tenika is a member of YEO, WBO, and is very active in her volunteer activities.
